Initial Vision & Budget Meeting

Every project starts with clarity. We meet to understand your vision, lifestyle needs, and budget expectations so we can define a practical starting direction.

We also explore potential locations or land considerations, explain our cost-plus pricing model, and provide a no-obligation consultation. This step helps you understand feasibility before committing to design or construction decisions.

Step 2

Design Collaboration

Your home starts as a blank slate. We work with you and an experienced drafter to develop a layout that fits your needs, not a pre-set template.

You review 3D walkthrough models to visualize your home before construction begins. The design is refined until it aligns with your goals, and you have the option to work with your own designer or use recommended partners.

Step 3

Transparent Pricing & Planning

Once the design is aligned, we move into detailed planning. You review a full cost breakdown with actual subcontractor bids, so nothing is hidden.

We finalize material selections, define the construction timeline, and establish milestones. This step ensures you understand cost, scope, and sequencing before construction begins.

Step 4

Construction & Communication

During construction, communication stays consistent and direct. You receive regular updates, and you are welcome on-site to stay involved in the process.

Progress is documented through photos and videos, and you have direct access to Mark for questions or decisions. This keeps the build organized and responsive as your home takes shape.

Step 5

Quality Assurance & Completion

Each stage of the build follows structured quality checks to ensure standards are met before moving forward.

Before move-in, the home is professionally cleaned, and we complete a detailed walkthrough. You receive full documentation of systems and features, along with a one-year warranty covering labor and materials.

Step 6

Post-Move Support

Support continues after you move in. We conduct an 11-month follow-up inspection before the warranty period ends to address any adjustments.

You also have continued access for questions, future improvements, or additional projects. The goal is to support your home beyond completion, not just during construction.
